Hello all,

Early next year I shall be walking to Mt Everest basecamp and Island Peak. I shall be looking to purchase a OSMO to film the entire trip but I shall need to be able to charge the batteries in the field. Can DJI comment on a 12V in charger or even better a micro USB charger for the battieres?

It would make a perfect device for the trip and capture some amazing footage.

Well, we don't recommend our user to charge the battery with a 3rd party power bank. If you'd like to use non-DJI charger, I'm afraid we won't take any responsibility for any damage.
As for the specification of the battery, please refer to http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#specs

Try using a GoalZero Sherpa 50 or 100 with the 110v inverter and the DJI charger that came with your OSMO.  I've used the Sherpa to charge my Phantom 2 batteries long ago and am sure the OSMO batteries wouldn't be a problem.  Plus it's solar rechargeable!
