Hi,

I am trying to shoot a scne in which I take a 180 turn while shooting... However, when I take 180 turn, the osmo camera rotates and it faces towards me... i don't want that..
same happens when I do it with orientation lock..

is it possible to keep the osmo camera facing straight in one direction, no matter if the cameraman takes a 1180 turn..

I guess you're talking about the panorama of 180 forward and 180 selfie, right? For those two features, please update your firmware to the latest version so that you can get better using experience.
About the orientation lock, as you may know that the Osmo supports holding the Trigger button to lock the direction of the camera, only the pan axis will be smoothtrack. In that mode, the gimbal won't response to the joystick's movement.
