Thanks!  the video seems back to normal now...still do not get the correct firmware label though..I get the 1.01.19+...does this matter?

DJI-Adela, I think what you're doing here is commonly called, "spamming". Even double posting is usually not a good idea but this is getting out of hand. Are you trying to boost your post count? You can quote multiple people in the same message but you have to click the, "Advanced" button.

That said, I updated my Osmo and still have a minor drift issue which seems intermittent and ruins long exposure shots. I can't actually see it moving but the photos show it did... But only sometimes. On the plus side, the battery life seems to have improved - I get around 80 minutes and I did a 60 minute timelapse video with 30% remaining, so that's good.

I'm trying to update the firmware on my new Osmo. The Osmo reported as successful upgrade but DJI GO/About show theat the upgrade did NOT take place. Here is the Upgrade report:

Yes thank you, rebooting the app and OSMO seems to have fixed it and the option now appears.

Osmo firmware upgrade FAILS
The Osmo shows a green light for a successful upgrade but DJI GO shows that no upgrade has taken place. The version stays 1.0.1.19+. What can I do to make the upgrade happen?

I can't see your pictures, could you please post them again?
About the version display issue, as long as you've successfully upgrade all the functions of the latest firmware  version, it's OK. Our engineers will fix the version display problem very soon.

It's not a big issue. Please wait for a while, we've reported this problem to our engineers and I believe we'll get a solution soon.

Sorry about this issue.
May I know what troubleshooting you did before to solve the problem?
Is your App the latest version? Is your Osmo the latest firmware version? What's the model of your mobile device?
Have you ever connected to other mobile device with Android system before? If that's ture, please turn off the WiFi of the other devices.
If you've installed Litchi App, please remove it from the mobile device.

BUT DJI GO reports the firmware as 1.0.1.19+

OSMO WI-FI not connecting after upgrading to 1.5.2.0 firmware - now sometime it will connect and ask ...

The WiFi signal may be interfered by something when you move out with your phone.
Your case rarely happens, could you please return your unit to us for analysis?

You've upgraded the firmware to the latest one, no more attempt needed. Please check if all the new features work well.
As for the version displaying issue, our engineers will provide us a solution later. (It's a reported issue, please don't worry and wait for a while)

after installing the new DJI Go app fir andriod it shows that it is 2.7.1 version and i have a BLACK screen which cant see anything!! i already update the firmware and it didnt help!!!

by the way.. the camera dji osmo can still take a photo and video.. but cant see anything on mobile screen after updating to new dji go application

I'm afraid you installed the wrong version of the latest DJI GO App.
The latest DJI GO App iOS Version: 2.7.1
The latest DJI GO App Android Version: 2.7.0
You can download the right version from our official website and install it again.

You have to press it down until you see the blue circle around the finger and then pull it to the direction you want
