Is this a "Welcome to the world of DJI customer service" experience?
Purchased a Phantom 4 on March 2nd. Got a message on March 11 that the purchase had "Shipped" complete with a tracking number. For the last 6 days, when I check the tracking with Fedex it states that a shipping label has been created but the package has not been picked up? I've pinged DJI twice and not gotten any response. I have a P3 pro and wonder whether I should just cancel the order. Any wisdom on similar experiences with a P4 purchase out there? Would I best cancel the order or wait. It appears that I've entered the realm of poor customer service here. Its a shame considering the forefront tech that DJI produces.
