goes crazy...works fine in undersling

Check your balance.  What are your resting power numbers at?  I'd say take the camera off, and fully re-balance it.  As I've learned all the quirks of the ronin over the last week, 70% of my problems were fixed by balancing it better.

I did that..perfectly balanced, but the problem still persists

If you are in single operator mode without the remote turned on you need to open the app on your iphone, and turn off SmoothTrack mode first, then you can enter Briefcase mode with no trouble. if you are using the remote, turn off the smooth track on the upper right switch first so the pan movement you need to do first will be allowed.

1. balance the gimbal first;
2. switch on the suitcase mode.;
3. do not move too swift during you lift the handle.
4. If still not OK, try to switch S1 to different mode.
