Already use my Osmo for 3months and never had problem until the gimbal dead not moving also the fan dead
First time I try to reupgrade to the same firmware and then success
Second Time it happen again and the gimbal working again,,,after I shutdown the Osmo it not working again,,, I try again its working,,, and I try again its not working
But its not working most the time
Try to turn on 20 times maybe just working 1 time the others not working
Why this is happen?
Already clean the connector between the handled and the gimbal and still not working gimbal
It might have some hardware issue, could you please send it in for repair?
If you connect it to the App, what's the appearance?
What's the firmware version it is?
