Hi All,

Just received my OSMO yesterday, charged battery overnight. The green lights on the OSMO are present, but the battery life shows zero percent on the DJI app? I am not sure what the firmware is (assuming its latest). But has anyone had this issue and if so knows how to fix it?

You can go to the Gear setting->General->About->Battery info. & Firmware version
Please change to another battery to have a test.
If it proves that your battery is broken, please return it for repair.
