What's the trouble?

Need more of a description.  Is there no audio?  Or is it a quality issue.

Sorry for the delay.  I had a drone failure and got busy with work. Bla bla bla. The sound was working but in slo motion. Weird!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have replaced the unit since then. All is well now. Thank for your response.
