Hello,
for my osmo i use a wiko rainbow 4g. This worked great until the latest update.
The update ran through and everything is ok, but on my wiko i do not see the livepicture of the osmo x3 cam.
I can start recording and do anything, and it stores videos. Even the zebra is allright.

On my Lg g4 everything works fine.
But i want to use my wiko again

Please help.

I'm sorry about the situation, but Wiko is not in our recommended list of the compatible mobile devices.
As for the problem, could you please show us more information? Maybe someone would come out and help you solve the issue.

What kind of information do you need?
The Osmo and the DJI Go App is uptodate.
Android Version is 4.4.2.
it has  WLAN / Wi-Fi : 802.11 b/g/n

Please try to re-install the DJI GO App.
Except for the live feed, can you see the OSD info. on the top of the screen? or is it just showing "N/A"?

Stesso Problema Anche con aggiornamento 01.06.02.10. Mediacom S510U con Fotocamera x3 Osmo MENTRE con Fotocamera x3 Inspire con aggiornamento 01.06.00.40 tutto ok
Ps si vedono le informazioni   OSD provato Anche ri-installare DJi GO App.

Hi. Yes i see everything. Even the Zebra Changes when i change the position. Also i can record movies and pictures. but i do not see them.

The latest DJI GO App version for Android is 2.7.1 and the latest firmware version is v1.6.2.10. Please refer to http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#downloads
Could you please check above information again? I'm afraid the problem is out of the incompatibility of your firmware and the App version in your phone.
The DJI GO App is not compatible with some of the mobile devices with low configuration, we would suggest using our recommended devices.

Hello, yes i use 2.7.1 and have already upgrade the osmo to 1.6.2.10.
Still no picture.

I also tried App version 2.6.1 --> there i saw the picture, even it was not clean.

Compared to the older version, the new version of the App requires more powerful configuration of the mobile device to improve the performance. I'm sorry that your wiko is not compatible with the latest App.
