Ronin-M: Lens Support obstructing Roll Axis lock-knobs

We have a 5D Mk III body and a Canon 24-70mm Mk II lens on the Ronin-M gimbal

The lens support fits nice and snugly against the smooth surface on the lens (the area between the zoom and focus rings)

The problem we are facing is that the two red, metallic lock-knobs for the Roll Axis cannot be turned 360 degrees because they are obstructed by the bottom part of the lens support - this means we cannot properly tighten these knobs to stop the camera moving side-to-side

We have this issue whether the lens support is facing inwards or outwards, and as for the mounting plate, we've tried both of the two holes at the back of the platform

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks!

Please check out the two images I have uploaded to Dropbox

As you can see, in this configuration, with the camera and lens roughly stabilised, the lock-knobs for the roll axis cannot be fully tightened

Sorry for the inconvenience!
In this situation, please use a hexagonal screwdriver to adjust the tightness of the screws within the two red knob and then you don't have to twist the knob too far to tighten the positions.

Thanks for your feedback!
