DJI, as an owner of the Inspire 1, Ronin M and Osmo, I find this just milking the consumer and I dont like it:

Yeah, this seems like what Apple does, "Well, you're paying $3000 for this computer already, what's another $400 for 2GB more memory?"

I know, I was LOL'ing at this shit.  Check out my setup, it's pretty sweet and I've been using it for a couple of weeks now.

Get one of these for your car:
http://www.amazon.com/BESTEK-Inverter-Charging-Smartphones-Cigarette/dp/B00UFERZKO/ref=pd_sim_107_3?ie=UTF8&dpID=51rYuFpkLFL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=19HKB6VZP2Q61CJ70J36

Then 2 of these:
http://www.amazon.com/DJI-Inspire-180W-Power-Adaptor/dp/B00X87VE3E?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00

And then get a couple of extra TB48's and I get a good day of flying.  I am more than ready to come home when I am running into overlaps on charge times.

Yes, and at AUD$189 about twice as expensive as a 600w pure sine wave inverter.
Way too pricey for what it is.

It get's hot...but no, not anymore than usual.  There is a fan running on the power supply.  It's a great system and the dual 300w plugs are perfect for charging.
