Does anyone know if this battery fits in the S900? I also have the Zenmuse gimbal with G4 camera to load. I'm presently running 4 16000mah.

I use the 16000mAh too.  What is the flight time you are getting.    I am thinking of getting the TBM 21000.  Seen people get 18 to 20mins on it but it's pretty darn expensive.  The tattu 16000. I am averaging 12mins.   I think the 22000 might be pushing a little specially carrying the gh4.  It might work but you could wear the motors faster.

11v in the battery after you land?  Something is wrong with that number.  

You have to also keep in mind the max takeoff weight of the S900 -> 8.2 kg or 18 lbs.  I was talking to a Tech Rep at a DJI Partner and he said that if you exceed this weight you run the risk of the A2 causing the copter to flip over.

Please take care of the recommended takeoff weight according to our official specification.

Just bought the Tattu 22000 battery for my S900.  Note that I'm using the Zenmuse Z15-GH4 gimbal / GH4 camera.

Battery, with connectors, weighs 5 lbs 11.4 oz:



The first two issues that you'll run into are:

1) Fitting the battery onto the copter so that it's balanced in the X direction (front to back).

Given the weight of the battery and gimbal/camera I had to move the lower support rods all the way to the front of the copter:



Then move the gimbal all the way to the front:



Also, I could only move the battery so far forward as it hits the power supply connector coming out of the bottom of the top plate:



If you can avoid using this power supply connector, eg. find an extension and connect to one on the top plate, then you'll be able to push the battery foward a little and then probably be able to move the gimbal back towards the center of the copter.

2) Dealing with the new takeoff weight of the S900.

After I got the battery installed and the copter balanced in the X direction, the weight of my S900 is now 18 lbs 11.2 oz.  I'm using the A2 w/external receiver, iOSD Mark II, FPV camera, a couple video transmitters.  The max takeoff weight of the S900 (with the 4114 Pro props) is 8.2 Kg / 18.08 lbs - putting me over the weight limit by ~ 11 oz.

Some options that I see are:
- figure out how to reduce the weight of the copter
- upgrade to the E1200 Pro props - they have a max takeoff weight of 10 Kg / 22.05 lbs.

I ended up getting the E1200 Pro Props which support the extra weight added from the 22000 battery.  Posted flight time results in this thread.
