Hello all.  I've tried to use the histogram in a stationary position to try and set video up just right.  It seems to always change and I don't think I've had much luck with it.  Should I be seeing better results than this?  I tried to use a few different ND filters (4 & 8) and played with settings again.  The second and third  videos were made using the ND8 filter.  Sometimes the videos look fuzzy to me and other times they look pretty clear.  I've read a bunch on different camera settings and watched many youtube videos as well but the quality just doesn't seem as good as I thought I should get.  I'm using a free app on my phone (videoshop) to get my videos transferred over from the SD card.

I've played around with the white balance some and used a few different nd filters from neweer. The second and third had a nd8 filter.
