After being banned for my questions and adapter X5 claims and after all the events on this incredible problem DJI ...
... Considering that now, for the issue, a matter of hours (we all hope that it is really a matter of hours), when it is finally available on the market and running ...

What will DJI to disappointed customers that await from October after investment of thousands of dollars?

It will give them the adapter free?
send them a letter of apology?
sell the symbolic price adjustments?

or sell the adapter to over 50/100 dollars still taking advantage of the patience and the estimate of its customers?

It 'a serious question! Really!

We appreciate your concern about X5 adaptor and we're trying our best to release it ASAP. It just takes time. (BTW, from 2nd to 4th, we'll be in national holidays for Chinese Tomb Sweeping Day, so the release date is expected to be after our holidays)

I looked at purchasing the Osmo and the x5 several months ago. It was clear that there wasn't yet an adapter to join the two so I didn't purchase. When there is an adapter, I may purchase the x5. I know product development and understand there are a lot of hurdles, especially for a small company.
I don't understand why people think they need compensation for a later than expected roll out of a product? You obviously bought it knowing there wasn't yet an adapter.

I think the problem here is that when the osmo+X5 were initially launched  DJI said they were compatible via an adaptor. They did not say that the adaptor didn't exist until much later when they altered their advertising.
So you were lucky Bill, that you saw the later ads I guess.
