Since many Weeks now the DJI FM-15 Flexi Microphone is not available over here in Europe.

I´ve got a Voucher from DJI Month ago and it´s valif till the End of May.

DJI can you tell me please when the Fleximic will be ready for Order again for Austria / Germany ?

The flexi mic came with my Osmo, but its not very good. I have to turn volume down to 1 otherwise its too loud.

The Osmo arrived without Fleximic but i got a Voucher to order it online.

Now it´s impossible to order it since Weeks now :@

Cannot agree if it´s too loud or not because i havent got any Fleximic

I just bought mine from an online dealer. As I bought my OSMO from Amazon (UK) and not DJI I struggled to get any sense from either of them. £7 + £3 postage is less hassle...

I just tried mine and it picks up the fan noise almost as much as dialogue. Will keep testing it, and maybe get an extender cable and mount it farther away from the camera body/fan/motors.

It does pick up the fan noise....It might be better to mount it farther away.
If you have any further feedback or suggestion, we will be still appreciated with that.

If your Osmo is not the latest firmware version v1.6.2.10 in which the fan can be turned off while recording, I would suggest you to upgrade it.

again and again i am looking to the european store but there is no flexi mic available.

i´m really pissed now because i dropped mails as DJI-Adela sayed and response was only  "please take a look" again to our store.

what a poor service is that Guys ?

I thought that the external flexible microphone was meant to be included with new purchases now? I've just received my new Osmo (ordered from Amazon UK, as I had a load of vouchers just begging to be used ) but no mic or voucher for one.

Also (and a bit off-topic) the supplied mains cable was terminated with a US two-pin plug - I assume this is OK as this is a worldwide identical product rather than region specific? (The PSU states 110-240v range, and I'll actually be using it more while I'm in the US than I will at home in the UK anyway)
