I would like to introduce potential buyers DJI products with my bad experience that my error does not occur to them.
I bought my phantom 3 professional when I was visiting my  friend who is 1,400 kilometers from the places I live.
I bought it from a dealer who sells DJI products with optional battery pack, and a few days ago I ordered 2 more batteries , but a few days ago I went to fly with regular check-ups before flying found cracks on the upper shells, never had a crash or any impact , which was confirmed by DJI view my log file
They were quick and correct but now starting my problems becaouse my dealer is 1400kmaway from me and I asked them if I could send them directly  they say I can when I want to send mail says I have to pay 100 euros that is  not acceptable for me now I will cancel my order for battery and given that in my shitty country legally restrict the use of drones I think I fix it with a hammer for a always ,and fix my problem !!
