When am I going to get my Osmo back?

I have had my Osmo in for repairs - CAS-90471-H6N2V7 - the progress meter shows that it was repaired and tested on 21/3/2016, but I still haven't received it. Nor have I received any response from the 3 emails I sent DJI asking for information on my case.

Could someone there PLEASE tell me what's going on with it?
