When I got my new Phantom 4, I noticed that it seems to bang up and down when it first starts up.

I did not see this loud behaviour on my first Phantom 4 (which I had returned for horizon level issues)

Also does any one know, with the phantom off - if you move rotate your camera down to the end and then back up do you hear it scraping on the ribon cable?

Hello, does the camera and gimbal of your new phantom 4 work normally after the self checking? If they work well, don't worry about the behavior as well as the scraping sound

Yes it appears to work well.

However, after 6 months and many hours of flying - will DJI fix it if the gimbal wears out or has issues? Seems like the gimbal only has 6 months warranty. it would be disappointing to get past 6 months but less than a year and end of not working any more.
