Yes, I have the same question as nigelbrinkmann, what's model of your mobile device? Please make sure your mobile device is compatible with the latest DJI GO App. You can find the compatible list in our official website: http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#downloads
When you try the combo Trigger+Record+Power Switch, please make sure you've downloaded the latest firmware from our official website and extract the bin file into the SD card which is plugged into the X3 camera. |
