Hey guys and girls. Anyone else have this issue

i have updated the osmo to the new firmware but for some reason when in the dji go app it won't let me use my mobile screen to rotate the camera remotely.

It is just  stuck solid.  Will not pan or tilt. Us8 G the ohine screen.

Any ideas why this may be. I'm shooting with it tomorrow  Saturday and need a fix. Asap

Is this the new firmamware update?

Forgot to say the phone I'm using is a Samsung edge 6 plus. Also tried on Samsung Tab S. Neither would control the gimble from the phone screen.

To move the camera gimble via the device hold finger on the screen until blue ring appears, then move your finger around, the faster you slide your finger the quicker the gimble movement

Another reminder: In Gear setting->Gimbal->Advance, you can adjust the value of smoothtrack of each axes. There's three options for you to choose: Fast/Medium/Slow, you can also customize the parameters in C1/C2.
