I was prompted to update the RC via GO app... After after that is done. I cannot connect my RC anymore! There is image but it simply cannot connect with the message RC SIGNAL LOST.

There is no prompt for any other update! I have tried the DJI Assiatance to check for A/C updates but it does not load at all! After a long while... Its said faile to load list.

There is nothing I can do!! Please advise DJI!!

Ok, this is how to downgrade the firmware on the RC.
1. Turn off the AC (drone)
2. On the DJI Go app go to the "home" / start upp page.
3. Press the "education icon" for 5 seconds and release
4. Now you can choose to downgrade the firmware of the RC (with the drown turns off)
6. Push the "continue" button several time to force download

Which aircraft do you have?. The aircraft and the RC both require updates. The aircraft may take several minutes in the status page to show up saying that it requires an update. You have no signal right now because your RC is updated but the aircraft is not.

solved after 5-6 hours of DJI Assistance 2 .... The stupid list FAILED to load almost all the time!!!!!! 5-6 hours!!!

I had used all my batteries for this!!
