Looked pretty good to me,  usually playback being jerky is with a PC  processor that cant keep up, also lower the video size down from 4k to 1080p  this helps on the SD card recordings.  On the I pad it is in 720 p.   I don't have a discerning  eye for this also so maybe some others can chime in.

This youtube video plays well. I'd suggest you to record videos in 1080P and try to play them via VLCPlayer or PotPlayer on your PC.
