Recs from people who use one. I've heard Android has frame rate issues and inferior streaming compared to ios. Anyone doing well with a particular Android device?

I've been using a Sony Xperia Z1. The screen is to small and I had some issues with crashing when opening the user centre but this seems to be sorted out now. I've had no problems with frame rate and generally the system works very well. I'm now looking for something with a bigger screen.

I have tired most of the high end android devices and they just seem to not have the smooth frame rate that ios does. A7 mini or air seem to work very well.

Galaxy Tab S 8.4 works well for me.

I used the nvidia shield yesterday and It worked great. Much better then my iPhone 6+

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.2 and it seems to work great! It's a REALLY tight fit to get this size to fit in the holder of the remote but it does fit. I like it!

I have an iPad Mini 3 which works awesome but I also have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 which I haven't been using cuz I can't get the damn thing to fit into the cradle.

skyml - I took my TX to the store and put both the Tab 4 10.1 AND the Tab S 10.5 into the remote. The 10.1 went in rather easy. Be sure to open your clip as far as it goes, tug it up a bit while depressing the tabs for extension. The soft "auto extend" might not give you that extra mm or two.

For my 10.5 Tab S I wound up razor blade cutting the foam out from the bottom only. It's still tight, but it fits!

Using the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" . Working great, but I have not compared it to the iPad mini3.

Just because of the dimensions or because of the location where the USB connecter is situated on the tablet?

Hope like heck my LG G 8.3 tablet ends up working. Considering the possible loss of the ios app, Android may be a lot more popular now. A new update came in again last night. Still no simulator yet.

Link, it doesnt have ios devices in supported list anymore...?!
