I am wondering the same thing. He must have things in a WTC (water tight container) I have a number of functional RC Submarines and that is what we use in them for the motors and electronics alone with the ballast tank. I have some subs for sale if you know of anyone looking to get into that.
I know thee are products at repel water, but that thing is crazy. Commandeering a SUB would be cool, if I lived near any water that I would dare venture out into.
We only have the North Saskatchewan River here. And that would be far too fast flowing, to risk for an RC adventure... ;-)
