Is it the issue of this tiny set screw on yaw axis not aligned properly, or something else? I performed gimbal calibration, set the mode to FPV, but it didn't help much.

bump here. My P3P has a bit of a shift to the left as well. Any help?

I believe it's a birth defect of P3P, seen this on many other ...

If the gimbal calibration doesn't work, you can always adjust the gimbal manually in the DJI Go App. I always felt like my gimbal was off by the slightest amount so I just adjusted it that one time manually and now its fine

yep, that's correct: only horizon adjustability, not YAW zeroing ...
