I'll try to keep it short   P3A. 1.8
[size=14.6667px]Was [size=14.6667px]flying today. 2nd or 3rd fly after firmware update.
[size=14.6667px]Flew fine. Landed. Changed the battery. And when tried to take off with the second battery it gave me this error attached in a photo.
[size=14.6667px]I put in the first battery back and the same thing.
[size=14.6667px]P3a never crashed.
[size=14.6667px]Just had an issue while updating to new firmware on first try. But finlly installed successfully. (It didn't update on the first try. Then was loud alarm beeping everytime turned off. But next try it updated fine)

Now due to this ESC error i am thinking maybe i should reinstall the firmware.But when i put sd card formatted from the drone itself, with firmware of 1.7 to roll back or 1.8 to reinstall - it never starts it. Here is thelog, andplz tell me what to do.

Hello, according to the log you post here, your Phantom 3 Advanced has updated to FW 1.8.8. If the ESC error still happens,  please contact support@dji.com for RMA because it is a hardware issue.

Yes, but i think the firmware is the fault of all this troubles. So i can't evenrollback. What about that?
ESC error is a hardware error, but i never crashed, always hand catched landing. Treated Phantom better then my wife. So only thing i can blame is firmware 1.8 which is disgusting. All the troubles started from it.

Same problem here. I dread these constant firmware updates because every time I'm forced to install one a new problem starts. After installing the latest update (P3X_FW_V01.08.0080) on my P3P I first started getting RC Signal lost error. After reinstalling now I have ESC error. DJI keeps saying this is a hardware problem but, like you, I never mistreated my P3P but after the update the speed controller has gone out! BS… this is definitely related to the latest firmware. Now I have a quad that won't fly. I guess I'll wait for another update to fix this issue. If anyone has a clue what's causing the problem please let me know. Thanks

I have the same problem.  I was able to get it to fly ONE time by removing the battery and putting it back in, but I have tried about 20 times since then and the ESC error keeps coming up.  Haven't tried downgrading firmware yet.
