Will this work with the new Z-axis accessory? I notice it's spring based so I'm sort of doubtful.

Can this be left on to still work with the X3 camera or do you need to remove it for the X3? I ask because having the dual mounting points on this one would be better...

no , the Z-axis says its only for the X3, if you look at it, theres just no way it could support the X5R for instance, my guess is they have a version of the Z axis for the pro camera's under development, or just have a new Osmo Pro that will be released. I too have the Oslo handle, the X5R, the Lumix lens, and a 3d printed adapter, awaiting my official adapter and firmware update

This Z-Axis only supports the X3 camera unfortunately.
