I have 2 problems on my vision+

1) Whenever I do a rotate the drone with my rudder, it will drift to its left and slight front for any 5-10m then return to the position where I rotate it.

2) My drone will have 'Control Signal Lost' and Return to home at about 130m in altitude

I've tried recalibrating and checking whether the flight control is out of place. Everything was intact.


Can anyone help?

For the control signal lost, you should check if the RC is in FCC mode.

Yes, it's in fcc mode.

Check that all your firmware has been updated.

Its all upgraded.

Are you using GPS mode.

Are you pointing the range extender towards you phantom.

Yes, it's gps mode.
I pointed the antenna and range extender to the sky.
But I dun think it's the range extender cos range extender is only for the camera rite?

If you are trying to climb vertically very close in then you are putting the two weakest points of control signal transmission and reception together - the antenna tips. Signal radiate/receives in a donut-like shape. Try flying away from you a couple of hundred metres first, then attempt to climb - you should find the reception better (whilst keeping your transmitter antenna pointed vertically upwards). As regarding not holding station with a pirouette, what you are reporting is not drastically unusual if you are yawing it fast. Does it drift that much when you yaw at a moderate or slow speed?

snewton, thx for that very informative video. I understand what u were saying. I'll go try it out tml. And will post my result again.
And for the drifting, yes, it drift no matter wat speed I rotate it. My blade 350qx can do it without drifting, I dun see why a much higher end drone cannot do it, quite disappointing.

2)The connection between the receiver&remote controller is using 5.8GHZ wifi.Please try another location to fly.
