I have the OSMO which comes with the X3 detachable camera

1.   Will the camera from the OSMO work with inspire 1?


2.   How do i make it work?

No it doesn't.
Inspire X3 will work on OSMO, not the other way around.

This has been discussed multiple times in the past 6 months and according to DJI the osmo black x3 camera does not nor will it ever work on the inspire 1. Even if you could get it to work the focus is all wrong for Ariel flight.

Thanks for the help. Are you guys from DJI gonna build a firmware to make it work someday? Would be nice to have a backup camera. it mounts perfectly on the inspire though

No, it's a different design for a different purpose.  My understanding is they left a lot of things off the OSMO camera that weren't needed for work on the ground, meaning it is underspeced for the Inspire.

Is there a reason you would want to use it on the Inspire?

Yes.

For example my X3 on my Inspire is under repair now and I thought it is a good idea to use a camera from Osmo instead of it...

So is it absolutely sure that Osmo's  camera will not work on Inspire? ;o(
