I ordered my Z-Axis the 2016-04-19 and the payment has been confimed too, but always no item and no news, my shipping status stays in pending mode. It seems that many people are in the same case, What's happen ? How is it possible? Products are they really available? I begin to really doubt and am very disappointed !!!
the first batch they manufactured were probably 2 mm off or something and they had to discard them, it happened before with the extension rod, the first batch they made the mounting screw was too long and know one couldn't tighten up the osmo without the mount bottoming out. Tip to DJI, like my grandpa always said" measure twice, cut once"
I think that doing business with DJI direct is like doing business with the devil! I finally canceled my order. If you just have to have a DJI product, try ordering from Amazon.
