Having a problem with video play back (or no video play back!)

Video recordings will not play back, but still pictures can be viewed.

I have tried different SD cards that work on my PV2, still no joy.

camera settings are in MP4 & PAL

Viewing on Android as I always have.

Hope you can help.

Forgot to mention, when I stop filming/recording I can play back and view the video but when the SD card is removed from the P4 and put in the android device it cannot.

Are you trying to view your video files through the file manager or DJI GO? Are you sure your mobile device supports the format?

Hi, trying to view through file manager. mobile device supports MP4. totally lost.
