I was trying to fly my Phantom 4 for the first time and I flew for 2 min. Then landed. Simply restarted. This time when I started the motors but I got Critical Battery Warning. It refused to take off (thank fully). Restarted again and no problems, flew again. But why such warning on my very new drone? and it was my first day flying.

It had 3 blocks. So today I just started it up and get the same error but autofixed in 5 seconds.

Was it fully charged or did you just take it out the box and fly it?...

You should only fly when you have a fully charged (100%) battery.

Fully charged or not, I don;t see that as an explanation for a critical battery error that comes and goes.  You might check to be sure the battery is fully seated.  I had a critical battery error on a P3 that was due to the battery not being fully seated even though I was sure that it had clicked into place.

I'm thinking the drone isn't able to communicate with the battery and that's what's giving that warning.

Before you took it up the first time, did you update the firmware on the P4 and the RC?

I don't think it matters if you fly fully charged or not. But today the battery wasn't accepting charge. Then I just turned on P4, and took out the battery again to charge. This time it was charging.

I got this message my self while 380 feet in the air and about  One minute away in  distance and it scared the shit!! Right out of me. My screen said I had about 75%  of battery life  so it may no senses that the critical battery warning came on, I landed the bird as fast as I was able to then I  Power cycled got rid of the message and was  unable to re-create the scenario.
