Hi,

i got this warning on my Phantom 4.
What does this mean?

I saw the same thing briefly about a week ago while flying.  No problems occurred but I would like to know what this means.

This is yet another piece of silly coding by DJI. The software developers would be the only ones who would know what that means, and it is indicative of very sloppy programming to produce cryptic error messages like that. The programmer was probably trained at Microsoft.

Sure would be nice to learn what this message means.

Evidently it's a TOTAL MYSTERY.

I will send an email inquiring about it. You had 17 satellites so there was no loss of GPS.

The most logical answer is the GPS received wrong coordinates compared to the previous one (far away for example)

Im getting the same thing, Any info would be appreciated.

Just saw the same myself this afternoon .... it was very windy so im wondering if this is a gust thing

just did another short test .... still windy here in Scotland .. still got a few of these errors
but did hit a new record of 68.7mph @ 350ft .... thats my last flight until that calms down a bit

Out of the last 25 flights, I've had two of these warnings.  They just pop up during regular non-windy flight.  (I don't fly when the wind is over 15 MPH  (25 Km/h).

As geebax says above..  I'm also guessing this is an internal thing used for debugging and wasn't meant to appear on the end user's screen.  Otherwise it would be documented in the instructions.

Same as above it was quite windy, would like an answer....

As long as its not some signs that something in the GPS module is about to go .... "tink"

I also flew last night when the weather calmed down and I still got a few so these seem to have
started from the last release of the dji go app.

Afternoon Ken - did you get anything back from dev? Ive had a few more of these but flight errors but all else seem ok. We just want to be sure its wind. Perhaps some gripe water.

Got it again last night, always when the P4 is at or near max speed.

I got it for the first time today, first time in sports mode, when at top speed.

I've been getting this message as well on my last few flights.  Looking forward to an answer.

This happens mostly in sports mode. This is due to the angle of the attack of the quad. You see you still have a high number but those are a mix of GPS and GLONASS systems. I wouldn't worry to much since one you slow down or decrease the angle of attack you will regain lock immediately.  

As long it is a non issue with regards to operation and safety of the Phantom than that's great.  It was during faster speeds I did get the warning.  I just want to be able to trust my Phantom 100% and I had no idea what this Warning meant.

Maybe this warning should be written out the next software update , for not an issue , so not to alarm people

Good suggestion because it is very alarming to see a Warning regarding your GPS.
