I've just activated my brand new Inspire raw (arived 3 hours ago) and wanted to buj the care plan.
After entering the Serial number of my craft and gimbal, the message apears that my craft was activated more than 48 hours ago....
How can this be? Any help - the 48 hours are running and i like to get the care plan...

contact them via PHONE. If you don't get the answer you want, Ask to speak to the supervisor. If you don't receive the answer you wanted, call back again and cross your fingers you get another person with commonsense.
