Evening guys,

Just upgraded the firmware on my 1 , which includes the battery and RC upgrade. Charged my TB47 and after a few minutes the 3rd light started flashing. Put the battery in the bird and started the app . It gave me a message saying 'broken cell' do not use battery.

Now if it is the case that the battery has failed after 9 months and low flght hours , then thats a real shame . They arent cheap to replace!

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Why didn't you wait until it was fully charged before unplugging it and using it? When they are fully charged the lights will shut off.

discharge to 5% or below and recharge. Hopefully that fixes it, or helps. I had the same issue on a 3 month old battery and waiting to hear from DJI if its covered.

What're your cell voltage readouts?

I had one do a similar action after The recent FW update.  I would just cycle the battery and keep a close eye on it.  Mine has not failed since .  I thought it was strange that it did it after the update as well,  If it continues do not fly with it.  I think the problem will go away.
