Would it be possible to get a firmware update that allows Osmo controls with the DJI Inspire Remote Controls?  It seems like, for stuff like car mounted work, using the controller would make a lot more sense for panning and tilting.

Use the Go App on your phone.  You can do very precise pan and tilt with it.
