We are using the X5R on Osmo but cannot see video feed.  The App on both android and apple apps appear to control the camera fine, but no video transmission  It also appears to record RAW fine.  The X5 transmits video fine on same Osmo.

Anyone else run into this?  Whats the fix?

Do you mean that you've received the X5 adaptor and upgrade your X5 camera together with the Osmo handle into the latest Osmo Pro firmware?
Please note that the Osmo Pro firmware is not compatible with X5R camera, it's only for X5 camera.
To get the X5R camera worked normally on the Osmo handle, please wait for our future firmware update for the X5R camera and the handle.
