New Firmware for Zenmuse XT v1.15.1.60

1.        Firmware Version: v1.15.1.60

  

2.       DJI GO App iOS Version: v2.8.0

  

3.       DJI GO App Android Version: v2.8.0

  

  

  

Major Updates

  

  

1.        Added options for FFC calibration. Now you can choose manual or auto FFC calibration.

  

2.       Fixed the issue of incomplete video files resulting from turning off the Intelligent Flight Battery while recording video.

  

3.       Improved the accuracy of GPS data tagged to recorded images.

  

  

  

Notes

  

  

1.        The Zenmuse XT must be mounted on the Inspire 1 or Matrice 100 for firmware upgrading.

  

2.       Firmware upgrade is for Zenmuse XT gimbal and camera only. It cannot be used to update the aircraft or the Intelligent Flight Battery.

  

3.       Ensure there is no other firmware package on the Micro SD card and that the battery level is above 50%.

  

4.      It will take approximately 5 minutes to update the firmware. The aircraft will beep when the upgrade is complete.

I have an XT and have been working with it.
Do I understand this right that XT images will each be geo-tagged?
Do I need to replace the current Inspire-1 Pro firmware (V1.8.1.00) back on the SD card once I've updated the camera with v1.15.1.60  ?

It appears this new update took away color pallet choices. No longer a menue for making that choice. It defaults to WhiteHot.

It also changed Image format choices. No longer TIFF choice.

Right off hand - in my opinion - I'd say this upgrades has lots of problems for the XT

Battery time to discarge won't hold a setting - keeps reseting itself to 1 day - which is dangerous in my opinion.

Why would they do that? What the hell is wrong with DJI?

LP ...I finally got my color pallete back. Look under the wrench in the camera menu.
I had to shut down and re-start to finally get it.

Still Waiting for my to ship... Been waiting since March.

DJI seems not to give much information. I have a potential customer that needs information, but as DJI don't answer, I hope someone else here can help.
Can we process the images through FLIR Tools?

There service department  is also good ,
I've already got a couple of different lenses lined up check out B and H  great prices for the 85 m  that's the beauty of this level  change your lens  for your own needs
