Tilt doesnt work, all other axis work. I upgraded firmware, app, everything, tilt doesnt function at all and power jumps all of the place via dji assitant app. PLEASE HELP!!

Are you talking about Ronin or Ronin-M?
Basically, the Ronin or Ronin-M won't perform correctly until you've balanced the camera, otherwise, the motors of each axis may be damage or killed easily.
