Help me, please, with my big problem!
  
One day suddenly my new (only 2-3 flights)  Phantom 3A has given several error messages.
  
1) IMU initialization failed.
  
2) Barometer error.
  
Advises to restart a aircraft and to address in technical support. That is I flew to previous day normally, morning of the next day too, but when I was going to do some flying in the evening mistakes have jumped out and the aircraft isn't work (motors are blocked). Both the aircraft and the remote controller rebooted many times - hasn't helped.
  
I bought it in BangGood (banggood.com).

And why this Blair.Tang can not (or do not want!) help me!

Are these aircraft at latest firmware build level ?

If they are then what I would try is to roll back to previous build and then try reinstalling latest build. Followed by IMU and compass calibrations.

If problems remain then pursue with DJI (as you are doing) or back to retailer ?

your invoice shows it is phantom 3 professional ? but u mentioned phantom 3A ? could it be you downloaded the wrong firmware ?

Yes, it is latest
Already did a rollback, but don't help. :-(
Online support told that I should repair my phantom, and send it to them to Europe (after sending them a mail). But this support dos not reply.

And my phantom is P3A and I did not change factory settings - only 3 beginning flights - and then this trouble!
