Thanks for sharing your video..., I know in Oregon it is illegal to use drones for hunting or fishing.... Fish and game would be all over us for this

Yea Rich there is not much that is legal anymore here in this country. The government has seen to that many areas.

Hahaha, love it. Looks like you have a harness that allows the line to be pulled away, is that right? Otherwise I was expecting the drone to get pulled into the water.

Love this video.

That Tuna looks like it would taste real good.

Would be good if you could show the rig you use to ensure the safe drop of the fishing line.

Good work and thanks for sharing....

If you would like to PM me,  I can forward my email if you could send a photo of the rig.

DJI did excellent job delivering heat sensing cameras to a poachers worldwide ... There's a reason why - by the law - you can not hunt within 24 hours after landing a bush plane in remote places of North America. I would bet the Inspire equipped with XT thermal camera was already used to track down hot blooded creatures other than humans ...

Apparently the poachers eager to publish such "hunting" video on YouTube aren't stupid enough. After all it's over 10K worth equipment only a tiger or rhino poachers can afford ...

Love this video.

That Tuna looks like it would taste real good.

hook the fish and let the drone go free, any big fish will pull the drone under, this is the safe way to do it.

Looks like a nice piece of kit.

Is there a version for use with an Inspire as well as a Phantom ?

Can you explain the actual fishing line rig ?  For example the Tuna fishing what is the actual line rig set up from hook to attachment to Phantom.  I understand the magic box releases the line, but I would like to understand what the actual rig is and how this is attached to the drone release bar.

Very nice videos for the installation,  good work.
