I've practically given up on getting the Osmo X5 adaptor in a reasonable timeframe even though I ordered on 4/15.  However, I ordered the battery extender and a bunch of other new accessories that I urgently need.  I have a specialized application that requires external power so I'd be a lot happier if I could AT LEAST get my hands on a battery extender that I can use with the X3 for now.   Has anyone on this forum gotten one?   I'll pay double price for one!

DJI, please split Order Number:  001171188896 and send me what you can IMMEDIATELY!  This is crazy.

I did the same thing brother, I ordered battery extender, cables, z-axis bla, bla ,bla on April 15th and I'll probably get it around the 4th of July, this is major B. S.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will tell you they will split your order and then they just won't. It's a complete farce.

Did they tell you it shipped or do you actually see tracking info?? Because they told me my stuff shipped several times which turned out to be a fib.

I have a tracking number.  I had complained by email onlinesales@dji.com and it took a few days but they got back and said that my entire accessories order shipped except the z axis.   I got my order in early so it's hard to say if my complaints made a difference.   My order arrives this friday via DHL.

I would try and order from Amazon next time. I only ever order from DJI if there's some major deal on a product.

Has anyone received this yet? I want to order one but I don't want to give DJI my money and wait forever like I did with my x5 adaptor.

Mine arrives by DHL tomorrow - exactly 20 days after I ordered it.

Mine just arrived... Works great.. However the cable is a bit short!!!
