I tried filming yesterday in a the LA river... obviously lots of concrete... i never imagined that it would cause a issue with the osmo... but there were times wehere i simply could not film...... the camera would lose signal and show me a blue screen of death... afterwards when i played the SD card in my computer the video would only save like half a second of each clip....

I cant believe that it wont save the video when the signal is lost ? anyone elese experience this?

Could you please tell us some basic information about your Osmo?
What's the firmware version?
What's the DJI GO App version?
Is it possible for you to send us some pictures about the blue screen?
Can you upload the original files to us?
Does it work normally in other places?

file does not work. i updated the firmware to the newest version. ill upload when i have a moment. blue screen is a blue screen. when it reconnects, video has stopped recording and everything i recorded up to that moment won't play.

Hi,
Also, could you please tell me the model and the capacity of your SD card?
When the Osmo signal was lost, was the camera indicator(left LED) in the handle blinking red?
Please try to record without connecting to the DJI GO App and check if there's any issue.
