Hello everyone,

I just receive my DJI Osmo. When I go the the DJI GO apps, they say I must registrer. I've already have a account so I enter my email and my pass. After I land on a page that say : '' Confirme your account '' but I dont have a activation button or something. All i can do is change my email and enter in a neverending loop. Please help

Hi, have you followed the 'OSMO Activation Tutorial'? look under 'tutorial' in this forum,  then scroll down to 'OSMO Activation Tutorial' , this will guide you step by step for activation.

Hi,
The Osmo can only be activated once and there's no need for you to activate it again if you use another mobile device.
Can you connect the Osmo to the DJI GO App normally? If everything works fine, please just don't worry, your Osmo is OK.
