I just thought we could make a place here to share, best way to learn is by watching others work, sharing ideas and adding constuctive critiques ...I'll start with two short ones that I shot this winter, enjoy.

I think we're supposed to share on SkyPixel, that being said.

SkyPixel is not an easy platform to transfer your DJI account/work to. You have to create a different account than your DJI one, but you can't connect to that account from your FPV tablet, which is the only place you can create/share videos made to SkyPixel (through the DJI Go App). It's been a very frustrating experience, so I gave up on SkyPIxel. I would think they would want to make things easier to use, not more diffficult.

That's strange I have managed to share videos and pictures through the DJI Go app to Skypixel and I can't remember having to create a separate Skypixel account, I could swear it just uses the same account I use to log into the DJI Go app.

I thought so as well, until I tried to actually go to SkyPixel by itself instead of through the DJI Go App to try and manage the videos i've made so far. The login is not the same, and I never created a login with SkyPixel, so the DJI Go App created a login for me which is not the same as my login for DJI. Quite frustrating.

woah, what the heck happens to your color at 0:06? It goes straight GREEN from the dullness it was before 0:06. Also, at the end, right after it puts the text on the screen, your color changes as well. Are you doing this on purpose? Cool flight BTW.

That looks like a shift in the white balance to me.  Do you have white balance set to Auto by any chance?

I've just been to Skypixel.com from my browser rather than the DJI Go app and the laminated to login with the same user/pass that I use for DJI Go.  Unless there is another account with the same login details as you I can't think why you can't use your DJI Go account details to do the same.

While I think Activetrak is fantastic and an absolute technological breakthrough in computer vision I do think that we'll very quickly tire of videos of people's backs.  IMHO with the Phantom 5 we'll see at minimum obstacle avoidance front and back, purely for this purpose.  If the Phantom 4 had rear facing obstacle avoidance it would truly be as one Youtuber has already described it, "the ultimate selfie stick".

Is there any chance we may see the option to turn the gimbal through 180 degrees to achieve this? Would the rear legs then be visible in every shot?

Active track is pretty impressive despite having mixed results with it. There were quite a few times when it lost track, but nothing the user manual didn't clearly point as being something that would cause it to lose track. It also has no ability to hold altitude over ground so I can't climb a hill without the drone falling in height. Active track is fun, but mostly a novelty right now.

Personally I'd prefer more of magic wand kind of thing because I still want the drone to follow me, but I'd like to place it exactly where I want in terms of orientation to me. Like in front of me facing a certain direction. I don't want a selfie stick as much as I want a drone that can come exploring with me. The R/C controller plus Phone/Tablet is a bit much to ride with.

All you need to do for it to track you face on is go the the Active Track setting and enable backward flight then if your subject moves towards the camera it flies backwards and if it is you the operator doing this you can see where the PH4 is heading, I will upload a video that I have made demonstrating this with my car.

Yeah I'm aware of this, and in fact have it enabled in my settings.  But allowing the Phantom 4 to fly backwards means you lose all of the benefits of the obstacle avoidance.

Nice video, I loved the effect at the end with the reflection of the P4, very clever.

Thanks, I am glad you liked it, Yeah the reflection is one of the benefits of having a glass roof, I had a feeling that you would know about the backward flying but thought I should put it out there just in case.

If anyone has six minutes to kill   This was one of my first P4 flights to a little town about a mile north of me.  I was just getting used to the gimbal and camera   It was done in the spring just after the snow melted so everything is pretty brown.

Wow you're really good at those cinematic type sweeps and pans! I'm still a newbie and regularly get it wrong, I am getting better though, and loving every minute of learning.
[EDIT] I will get one of my own videos in here soon, just as soon as I get some time to put one together.  I've been working lots and editing a wedding video for family lately but that's (just) finished so my free time is my own again now [/EDIT]

Thanks my man. I'm also a new drone lover, just got my phantom 4 now but have been using the 3 for a while. It takes a bit of time to get it right, but eventually you will get the hang of it. Regards my friend.

One of my first videos. I was trying all day to get video of the group of antelope. The short clip at the end is all of the useable footage I got. I'll get more antelope and elk footage soon I hope.
