Hi, I am using iPhone 6S 64GB. I was live streaming and while flying at almost 100ft altitude my app just crashed... I had to relaunch it and thank God like nothing happened it opened and continued to fly but Live broadcast was already terminated. How to fix it?

First thing is,  don't panic if the app crashes. You do not need the app to fly. Your Phantom will fly fine without any device , even.

It is a pity that you may need to open a new live stream after restart the app. Besides, I'd suggest you to kill the other app in the background before flight.Clear the video cache if necessary.
