Yes, but I started with upgrading my iPhone and that didn't solve it. I am now restoring the phone also to see if i can connect properly before using it to fly with. After all upgrades of the iPad i could see the versions in the "About" page in DJI Go as i couldn't before.

I'm sorry, can you please make a video. If you still have how to connect or cannot get into the camera view with live video and your sure the USB cable is fine then I need a video to forward on please.

Strange, when I did the same with my iPhone the versions doesn't shows as they do on the iPad. But I get the correct signal so if I cannot upgrade the firmware from the hone it doesn't matter. I think i will use the iPad when flying anyway.

I think because you have not deleted/re-installed the app on your iPad.

I finally got it working!!!!! YES!!!! Dancing :-)

This is what I did.

I can go as far as 5 after that it don't ask me to update RC, I must be missing something but it seems I did everything , still getting rc signal lost

I don't think it is just 9.3.2..  For whatever reason I think that iTunes reset seems to clear things prior to loading the app again... (and maybe whatever was going on with IOS that required the iTunes reset is now fixed in 9.3.2?)

You shouldn't have to restore your device, now that DJI and and Apple have resolved it I think it would work just the same with or without restoring the device.
I would like to see someone that had it not work without restoring then restoring and it then worked. That would tell us that restoring had something to do with it.

I update the aircraft, I updated the iPad and ipadmini, my text on my sd say all is good, I reset all my iPads to factory, it seems I have to update my RC, I tried through the app, SD and direct to aircraft but no luck help!!!!!!

if the app is not letting informing you that the RC requires an update, then you can downgrade the aircraft back to 1.7 then you will be matched on firmware with the aircraft and RC.
So the aircraft will be 1.7 and the RC will be 1.5.7.
Downgrade the aircraft and let me know, I' sorry for the difficulties you are experiencing.

It must be something with iOS / resetting etc. The difference between the way i did for my units is that I reset the iPad and then updated iOS. With my iPhone i started with upgrading the iOS then i was reset it and that doesn't seems to work.

But reset all the iPad/iphone to factory defaults. Try different units if possible. Upgrade.

I downgrade it to 1.7 still could not fly but camera can respond, my RC was able to update 1.5 through iPad mini but still could not fly, and it don't show on iPad Air about the latest version, only shows the app version 2.8.1, how do I dig to hidden log file? Is that report from bin while loading?

if you can see the camera and do not see RC signal lost then you are all matched up on firmware.
Here is how to get the hidden log from the SD card after the upgrade/downgrade.
And when you say you still can not fly, what do you mean? What is happening when you try to fly/

Good to know.  My iPad Mini 2 had to be replaced today under warranty (mute switch broken) and 9.3.2 was the only way to get back, even coming from a backup on 9.3.1..

Yes, Apple and DJI worked it out and the new IOS 9.3.2 fixed it.

I had to buy an android tablet over the weekend to get my P4 and P3 to fly.  Once Apple updated the iOS my iPad and iPhone are working again. Hurray.

Now the bad news.  I upgraded my P3 on Monday to the latest firmware.  Now I get lost signal on both my android and iOS devices when connected to P3.  Firmware update went well.  Now when the AC starts up it takes longer to warm up and then suddenly goes to lost signal.  No ability to talk control the AC with the RC but I get a video signal.  Any solutions?

You said you lost signal, is the message RC Signal Lost?
If so then you updated the aircraft and not the RC.
So if you indeed updated the aircraft with the SD card, then you didn't update the RC. The app should tell you the RC needs to be updated.
Look in the about page and overall status to see what firmware they both are on.
And if the aircraft takes longer to warm up then you must have updated the aircraft.
Do a IMU calibration with the aircraft cold and that will make the warm up time much shorter.

I'd just like to say, you get far better support from DJI Ken than from emailing the helpline.
