How long are 7 to 10 days translated to DJI-Time?
Ordered the Osmo-X5 Adapter on 26.04 with delivery time of 7 to 10 days - still NOT even shipped...

Ordered z-axis  with 1 to 3 days shipping, that was 27 days ago so 7 to 10 days is going to be at least 90 days???

I feel bad for people ordering stuff today, they won't see it till Christmas, I ordered my z-axis on April 15th within the first hour and DJI couldn't fill those orders??? Makes one wonder what idiot is in charge there at DJI?? Maybe it's time they made a few changes??

I was about to place an order when it said 7-10 days then the next day it said 30-40 days. I said holy F***! I'll wait. I'm not going to pay $140 and not have anything to show for it for couple months.

I'm also waiting for my Z-axis for a while now but as I understand it, they had a problem with the production run and had to make a few changes. I'd much rather wait for something that works than have them ship out a faulty product. No rush here. Take your time DJI and get it right.

I was lucky, I think? I received my adapter and while it seems to work it's a very tight, almost force fit. I hope it doesn't mess something up.

I've got 2 x5 adapters and 1 z-axis. One of the adapters fits tight but the other fits good, the z-axis seems to work good, high quality.

There was a shipment window on my Z-axis order.  The window has passed.  Later, there was a promised shipment date via DJI chat.  That date has passed.  As an Inspire 1 and Osmo owner, I cannot recall an order that has shipped on time from DJI.  Yes, I continue ordering.  The products are great but there are so many broken processes within product releases and customer relations.

Unfortunately, this has become a systematic standard way of how DJI do business.

Would you believe, I'm still waiting for the X5 adaptor??

The story is the same. There was an advertised shipment window. It passed. Then the DJI store gave me the usual spiel about marking my order as a priority, and my shipment was to be sent out last weekend. That too has passed and my adaptor still hasn't shipped.

Now, the DJI store are not even replying to my emails. I have had no decent update, so here I am, a month after paying in full, with no clue as to when my adaptor will arrive.

It is not a mistake. It happens all the time. How incompetent would you need to be to get it so wrong so often? The nonsense staff tell you about not expecting the demand, has not stopped them from accepting payment in full from all the people they never had goods for.
I believe they are taking people's money first, in order to produce the goods, with a bunch of trained robots to spew out the apologies and BS excuses for however many months it takes to ship.

Disgusting.

Just hurry up and send me my S**T,  and I will not get involved with them again. I am so done.

Yes. The main reason  is i think that all users have to know DJI.
DJI do not stop to play with us, with our money.....and finaly, after months and months of delay, product received gave us a very bad experience...

Shipping has always been fast.  China to Maryland in 2 days.  Its on the FedEx truck right now for delivery.

Now, its time to reschedule the day so I can hopefully be home for delivery...because I'd like to try the Z tomorrow.  (cross fingers)

Customers would be more than happy to wait as long as you are 100% honest with them and tell them exactly what the issues are or when you think shipping will resume. If there is an unknown delay, at the very least state when you think you'll have more information.

If your company policy is to ship to retail partners BEFORE individuals that order direct from you, state that.

The rest of the world thinks that Chinese people are liars and thieves. The kind of behavior that your company is exhibiting right now is exactly why.
