Hi,
After upgrading to the latest version of the firmware, no sound is recorded on the left channel either by internal mic or external mic.
Is it something reported before?

Regards,

I think that before the update, it recorded dual-mono (i.e. the same mono recording to both channels).

Now, it records to just one channel.

Either way, it's just a mono recording.

My Osmo is updated to ver 1.6.2.10.
By the way, the battery life is only 20-25 mins but not 60mins as advertised. I have four batteries and they all have similar running time.

Our engineers have done some change for a better audio quality, the Osmo only support Mono Audio right now.
May I know how you operated your Osmo within just 20-25 mins?
Please be noticed that the video recording is designed to last only 30 minutes one time in v1.6.2.10.
For more update about the new firmware, please check the official Release Note at https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... Notes_en_160324.pdf

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.
So, the Osmo can only record mono audio on the Right Channel, correct?
The battery depletes 5-10% every 5mins on standby mode and losses 5% every minute and a half on recoding mode. My four batteries can only allow 1 hour recording time.

The ...

Hi,
Correct, it can only record the audio in one Channel.

The battery performance may be affected by the outer environment, such as the temperature, and it also depends on how you use the Osmo.
The advertised 90 minutes is the Maximum tested data in Sleep Mode.
If you're really worried about the battery's properties, please watch this tutorial and have a test:

Thanks for your understanding.
