Hello,

I'm a new user of the DJI Osmo, and after reading some of the manual and watching tutorial videos, the term used is library in the app, but the app I downloaded says editor. When I try to access my videos, I would only have a line saying Original Footage, and all the videos I see will have other lines of videos. Also, I can't seem to save my videos after trimming them down, it just says outputing videos 0% for a very long time (doesn't matter if it is 3 seconds or 52 seconds worth of video). Am i missing a step in order to save the video?

May I know the model of your mobile device?
What kind of processing software do you use to edit your videos?

Are the firmware and the DJI GO App's version the latest ones?

More details would be helpful. If possible, could you please upload your video to us?

Hi thanks for the reply.

I'm currently using an iPhone 6. I haven't really started to edit the videos, I just wanted to trim a 3 minute video to 1 minute, and it just won't let me. Constantly says outputing videos...0%. Yes, I've updated the DJI Go App as well. I've attached pictures to show what I am currently looking at. Am i missing a step or something in order to save these videos before editing them?

Thanks for your pictures.
In the latest DJI GO App installed in iOS, it shows "Editor".
I don't think you skip any step, could you please check your mobile device's Cache room? It may be caused by the lack of memory of your device.

I can cut and save the trimmed clip smoothly in my iPad.

Any further feedback would be appreciated.
